Action Based Framework Session with Work.software Founders.
What is the Action Based Training program?
Over the course of 4 sessions you will meet with Work.software CEO David Wible and COO William Chufo to learn about the three main pillars for excellence. The first is how to share the goals of the business with each employee and how to create an individual impact plan to show the employee how they are an asset in the organization.
The second week reviews an employee performance survey or M.A.P. The M.A.P. will gauge the mindset ability and past performance of each employee. Once performance and ability is assessed with review, creating plays and playbooks so that each employee knows exactly what they need to do in order to meet that peak performance level.
Finally, outline strategies together can be optimized. By the end of the 30 days you will see the results and have a clear understanding of how to personalize and customize the corporate vision to ensure employee peak performance.
