I firmly believe the process should come before the tool (in other words, you want to find a tool that fits your unique process, not select a tool and build a strategy around it).

But once I started using, it clicked—the tool IS the process. It took me a little while to come to that realization, so I’m here to save you some time by showing you just how our onboarding process can help you and your team make the most out of

Find the Value, Not Just the Features

When you think about software onboarding, you may picture the automated walkthroughs we all know so well. You log in for the first time and observe a highlighted section of the page with a sentence or two about its primary function. “Here’s where you create a new widget.” “This page allows you to edit your widget settings.” These are almost always useful when becoming familiar with the software’s main features.

But you didn’t purchase the software because it has cool features. You bought it because of the value you believe it will bring to your company. And that’s the real purpose of onboarding: to add the most value to your organization in the least amount of time.

Will we teach you about’s key features and where to find them? Yes—but always through a lens of, “how does this feature add value to my organization and me?”

Get Into the Flow has three main components: Performance, People, and Plays. Like any great tool, the functionality of each component is relatively simple. If you clicked around enough on your own, you could eventually figure out how to operate each one. However, during the onboarding process, we help you understand not just the features but the flow of each component.

Think of your favorite process. You can almost picture it in your head, can’t you? Each step flows into the next. We’ll help you and your teammates learn the flow, or cadence, so it becomes second nature.
