https://www.work.software/knowledge/what-are-plays

Library - a repository for plays that are complete but can be checked out at any time. The library icon looks like a few books on a shelf.

To check out a play from the library, select the library icon while on the Playbook page which has a list of all plays. Any user can check out any of the plays for review.

To return a play to the library, click the library icon while in the play itself.

Note: Only owners of the play can return a play to the library.

Owner: The person who created the play and has the ability to edit it directly or send it back to the library.

Owner Support - a person assigned by the owner of the play who can also make edits directly on that play.

SME - Subject Matter Expert - The user who is an authority in a particular area or topic for a play.

Play Classifications and Scoring

Active Plays - they are being created, reviewed and modified, or returned to the library. Ideally, all plays have been touched in some way and the percentage showing above this category would be 100%.

Modified Plays - An edit occurred or someone suggested a modification - results in a positive effect on your grade.

New Plays - only require a name of the play and an owner to get started and also have a positive effect on your grade.

No Review - no one in the department has reviewed the play that month, so it’s not active and has a negative effect on your grade.

Returned to Library - when a play is finished, it can be sent to the library. A play can also be checked out by selecting the library icon. Either action has a positive effect on your grade.

Reviewed but no change - play was accessed but no changes were made. This would have a small, positive impact on your grade and the company grade.
